What has made us successful is the results that we achieve for our homeowners. We achieve superior results by aggressively marketing our homes. We invest significant dollars to market intelligently through a huge variety of channels. What that means is lots and lots of potential guest traffic to our website. Host Service:
Pricing. If you have talked to other companies already, you may have found most of them asking for a 20% rental commission. There is nothing wrong with 20%. But our philosophy is that management of your home is a partnership, and the terms need to work for both parties. That is why we offer 15% rental commission for the first year. It gives you time to get to know us and see the results that we produce. We believe that after that first year you will want to stay with us based on our service and results. Who We Are. We are the new guys in town.
We both left successful corporate careers because we wanted to live in
the mountains year round. When we are
not asleep (which is not often), we answer our phones to earn the next
booking. We consistently get feedback
